What is your minimum order quantity for a first order?
Our standard MOQ for commercial bulk orders is 500 kg per product. For LCL shipments, we recommend a minimum of 1–2 MT per product to keep per-kg freight costs reasonable. For buyers who want to test before committing, we offer paid samples (1–10 kg) shipped by courier, with a full Certificate of Analysis included.
Can I order multiple products in a single shipment?
Yes — LCL multi-product consolidation is one of our most popular arrangements. We can pack multiple spice products into a single LCL shipment, consolidating them at the port for cost-efficient freight. Each product is packed and labelled separately with its own Certificate of Analysis, which is ideal for importers building a diversified spice portfolio.
What payment terms do you offer?
For new buyers, our standard terms are 30–50% advance via bank transfer (T/T), with the balance payable against the Bill of Lading copy. For established buyers with a trading history, we offer net-30 or net-45 credit terms subject to credit approval. We also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) for large FCL orders.
Do you offer private label packaging for bulk orders?
Yes. We offer full private label services — your brand, your design, our product. We can pack into branded retail pouches, cartons, jars or tins in sizes from 50 g upwards. Private label MOQ starts from 1 MT per SKU. Share your artwork or brief and our team will provide a packaging proof before production.
How long does an order take from confirmation to shipment?
For standard in-stock products, the typical lead time from order confirmation and receipt of advance payment to vessel loading is 10–15 business days, including processing, lab testing, packing and port clearance. Custom orders, organic-certified lots or private label packing may require 20–25 business days.
Can you provide a pre-shipment sample for approval?
Yes. Pre-shipment sample approval is standard for first orders and recommended for all new product specifications. We dispatch a sealed, representative sample from the actual production lot along with a preliminary Certificate of Analysis, and shipment proceeds only after you confirm approval.
Which ports do you ship from in India?
We ship from Chennai, Cochin, Mundra, JNPT Mumbai and Tuticorin depending on product origin and destination. For buyers in the EU and UK, Chennai and Mundra typically offer the best transit times; for GCC and Middle East buyers, Mundra or Chennai is usually optimal.
Do you handle the export documentation, or does the buyer need to?
We handle all Indian export documentation in-house, including the Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Analysis, lab reports and MSDS where required. You simply share your import broker or freight forwarder details for the destination port.
Can you supply organic certified spices in bulk?
Yes. We maintain organic-certified supply chains for turmeric, cumin, coriander, fennel seeds and fenugreek under NPOP (India) and NOP (USDA) certification, processed on dedicated lines with full chain-of-custody documentation. Organic MOQ is 1 MT per product; please specify this requirement at the time of enquiry.
What if my shipment fails inspection at the destination port?
We maintain a strong compliance record thanks to our rigorous pre-shipment testing protocol. Should any issue arise, we retain sealed reference samples from every batch for 6 months, enabling parallel re-testing, and claims are reviewed within 5 business days and resolved commercially where a testing error is confirmed.
Can I visit your facility before placing a large order?
Absolutely — we actively encourage facility visits for buyers planning FCL or annual contract volumes. We can arrange a factory tour covering our cleaning lines, milling unit, quality lab and documentation centre in Coimbatore. Please contact us at least two weeks in advance to schedule a visit.
Are your prices fixed or negotiable for long-term contracts?
Spot prices are quoted based on current market conditions at the time of enquiry. For annual contracts or recurring orders, we offer fixed pricing for a defined contract period, typically 6 or 12 months, giving you cost certainty along with priority allocation during peak harvest seasons.
