What buyers typically ask before placing their first order
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk spice orders?
Minimum order quantities vary by product and packaging format, typically starting from a single container load (FCL) for most whole and ground spices, with smaller LCL and sample-size orders available for new buyers. Share your target product and volume in the contact form and we will confirm the exact MOQ for your requirement.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
We respond to all inquiries submitted through this page or by email within 24 hours on business days. Urgent requests can also be made by phone during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST).
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We provide product samples for evaluation before a bulk commitment, along with the relevant lab reports and Certificate of Analysis for that sample batch. Mention the products and quantity you would like to evaluate in your inquiry.
What information should I include in my inquiry for a faster quote?
The fastest quotes come from inquiries that include the specific product and grade, required quantity, destination port or country, preferred packaging, and any certification requirements (such as Organic, Halal or Kosher). Our team can still assist without all of this, but it speeds up the process considerably.
Do you offer support in different time zones for international buyers?
Yes. While our office hours are based on Indian Standard Time, we regularly correspond with buyers across the EU, US, Middle East and Asia-Pacific by email and messaging, and can schedule calls outside standard hours by prior arrangement.
What payment and shipping terms do you offer for export orders?
We support standard international trade terms including FOB, CIF and CFR, with payment options such as advance telegraphic transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C) depending on order size and buyer relationship. Specific terms are confirmed as part of your quotation.
